If the return is due to a manufacturer defect it is not the responsibility of Fuel 4 Life, and may not be accepted. However we will work with you and the manufacturer to help resolve the issue and provide you with a new product if at all possible.

There may be no returns made on previously exchanged items. Some rare circumstances  may exist, however the return on a previously exchanged item will be at the sole discretion of the Returns Department.

If we feel the customer is trying to abuse or misuse the return policy in anyway other than its intended purpose, Fuel 4 Life may not allow a return to be made.

If Fuel 4 Life accepts a return the customer may be subject to a Restocking Fee that is based on the items being returned, and the restocking fee may be determined on a case by case basis. A Restocking Fee can range anywhere from 5% to 10% on smaller items and for bigger/bulkier items the Restocking Fee can range anywhere between 5% to 20%, determined on a per item basis. The customer is responsible for any and all applicable costs resulting from return shipping and fees incurred.
