| If your order is received and approved prior to 4PM PST, we will attempt to ship your order same day. In general allow 1-2 business days for your products to leave the warehouse, excluding holidays.
If you choose to delay the shipping date the order will be shipped on the specified day. If an item is out of stock or back ordered we will attempt to get the product prior to shipping your order. However if the item is out of stock or back ordered at the time of your order being shipped, we will attempt to provide you with the product in 3-5 business days, if there is a problem getting the item in a timely manner, we will provide a form of compensation, that will be agreed upon by the customer.
Fuel 4 Life makes every effort to securely pack our products so they are in good condition when they arrive to the customer, however once Fuel 4 Life provides the package(s) to the chosen shipping provider, it is no longer responsible for the package or its contents, and any claims or refunds for lost or damaged items while in transit shall be the sole responsibility of the respective shipping provider.
International Shipping: Fuel 4 Life currently only ships products to the USA and Canada. If you are located in another country, please contact us and we will look into providing our services and products to you and your country.
